The ISA is positioned as an expert in the field with the AwareComm team approach and proven business success.  An ISA is a leader, researcher and writer as they keep abreast of current tends within a specific industry, association, and community.

Industry Specialist Agent

A  Certified Industry Specialist Agent has multiple opportunities and commission levels to participate as part of a team effort in acquiring AwareComm Strategic Partners.  An ISA is a Consultant who is job is to work with the AwareComm Strategic ePublishing Partners to guide and facilitate success.

As an ISA you will work within defined markets where commissions are based on graduating levels of sales participation, competencies and degrees of certification.  The certification process engages the ISA in a comprehensive training program which ensures every ISA learns competencies while earning and developing AwareComm Strategic ePublishing Partners.

  • Industry Market Development – Works closely with the marketing team providing valuable industry content material, credibility, and introductions to key decision maker(s).  Participates in the initial round of marketing conversations and in the demonstration with prospects. Demonstrates an understanding of the principles, mission, legacy and history of AwareComm and of the Technology, “How” they relate to, and are able to apply them to:
      • The Products and Services being offered to prospects
      • The Industry that is being Marketed to and Developed
      • Who in the industry as a real prospect
      • The conduct of the Agent.
         
  • Marketing/Need Analysis – Work closely with Demonstration Team, Initial Contact with Prospects, Complete Needs Analysis, arrange for and support the Demonstration. The ability to assess the state of the Industry, the problems/needs and the application and contribution of AwareComm Solutions as a System to the Industry, for identifying prospects and associations. Prospect Write up includes:
      • The Prospect's Content
      • Their Market
      • Their Marketing
      • Their Need and How We Fulfill Their Need
      • Are They a Candidate for a Foundation for Change eMod - Why or Why Not
         
  • Demonstration – Presents the demonstration showing how the eMod Platform will fulfill the client needs.  Demonstration Presenters educate prospect in a way that brings all stakeholders to a comprehensive understanding of the eMod System.
     
  • Proposal/Close – The proposal reflects the creativity and keen insights of the ISA as the culmination of knowledge, skill and wisdom in an executive summation of needs and solutions clearly illustrating AwareComm solid contribution for the Prospect or Client.  
      • Preparing the Proposal
      • Delivering the Proposal
      • Closing the Proposal   
         
  • Account Manager/Customer Care Support - Account Management requires the ability to cultivate a Principle-Based Customer Relationship. This includes but is not limited to maintaining contact with the client to insure customer implementation, utilization, growth and satisfaction of the system.  Additionally, provides detailed weekly reports of client progress and needs for mutual discussion and appropriate action.
